If you want to return an item, please contact us requesting an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization). Upon receiving your request we will contact you and issue an RMA with an address for returning your item(s). Any returns made to EnchantedFairyDoors.com must be received in good condition and packed in the original packing material. You will be responsible to pay any freight or shipping charges on returned merchandise. If you receive a damaged or broken item, contact EnchantedFairyDoors.com for return and credit instructions. In order for us to process your return quickly and accurately we ask that you not "charge back" your credit card but let us issue a credit to your account. This is much simpler and prevents misunderstandings and "cross" credits.
